Reserva Anchovies from the Cantabrian Sea in EVO oil

Reserva anchovies fished in the Cantabrian Sea boast various valuable contents,
in size, quantity of fat and type of processing they are different from those of the Mediterranean Sea.
After light salting they are left to mature for 12 months in the cellars, then, in compliance with an ancient tradition, each single fillet is filleted by hand by the expert hands of women.
A large, meaty anchovy with an extraordinary flavor, preserved in extra virgin olive oil.
