Anthony Tortul, Languedoc, France.
Wine with an intense and dense red color. The fragrant and persistent aroma of the wine is filled with bright berry tones, notes of flowers, spices, herbs, rosemary. The taste is fresh, full-bodied, with good acidity, soft tannins, hints of cherry, minerals, berries, strawberries, aromatic herbs and a long, slightly bitter aftertaste.
Whoever says natural wine in Languedoc, says La Sorga! The grapes are all organic or obviously biodynamic, coming from selected plots, most of the time a little isolated or with strong singularities, the vinifications are all carried out with indigenous yeasts and without ever adding sulphites, real grape juices! All La Sorga wines present themselves with incredible energy and courage, and with a captivating and sometimes irreverent line of labels.
