The grapes, harvested by hand, are pressed directly and vinified without the addition of sulphites or other additives. Aging takes place for 5 months in 500 liter barrels, at which time Fanny Saber adds a minimum quantity of sulphites to preserve the quality of the wine. The result is a wine that expresses a pleasant freshness, with aromas of citrus, white fruit and white flowers.
