Direct pressing, spontaneous fermentation, minimum aging 12 months in oak barrels then 3-4 months in stainless steel tanks. Aligoté, the little white Burgundy for true amateurs, lively, distinct and often with character, never leaves us indifferent because its personality is opposite to that of its illustrious neighbor, Chardonnay. Very dry and lively, sensation of minerality and freshness with good potential for aging in glass.
