Spontaneous fermentation with carbonic maceration for 28 days with hand-destemmed grapes. Aging in stoneware amphorae for approximately five months; no clarification, filtration or addition of sulphites.

Whoever says natural wine in Languedoc, says La Sorga! The grapes are all organic or obviously biodynamic, coming from selected plots, most of the time a little isolated or with strong singularities, the vinifications are all carried out with indigenous yeasts and without ever adding sulphites, real grape juices! All La Sorga wines present themselves with incredible energy and courage, and with a captivating and sometimes irreverent line of labels.
