Separate vinifications: whole bunch and classic maceration for 90 days. Aging in concrete tanks for 1 year and another year in the bottle. Full of tension and very mature.

Whoever says natural wine in Languedoc, says La Sorga! The grapes are all organic or obviously biodynamic, coming from selected plots, most of the time a little isolated or with strong singularities, the vinifications are all carried out with indigenous yeasts and without ever adding sulphites, real grape juices! All La Sorga wines present themselves with incredible energy and courage, and with a captivating and sometimes irreverent line of labels.
