Authentic expression of Gamay and Pinot Nior from the Vosne-Romanée parcel. Manual harvest, with attention to the selection of the grapes. Made using whole bunches of Gamay, integrated with Pinot Noir destemmed in the upper part of the vat. The winemaking process is characterized by minimal intervention, allowing the wine to reveal the purity of its terroir. The refinement in wooden barrels helps to give the wine complexity and structure.
