Produced according to natural methods, without the addition of sulphites. It is produced with pure Chardonnay grapes, coming from a vineyard of approximately 25 years of age located in the municipality of Fuissè, on soils rich in clay and silt. It ferments spontaneously in wood and ages for 18 months in oak barrels. A classic Chardonnay from southern Burgundy: savory and direct.
