White wine Mon Blanc des Alpes born from Chasselas grapes . These grapes are particularly appreciated and widespread in Switzerland, but also give excellent results in areas of France such as Savoy .

The harvest is manual and is followed by pressing of the grapes and the fermentation is spontaneous.
The refinement is carried out in barriques and lasts for 12 months .
