Jean-Paul Thévenet and his son Charly cultivate 5 hectares of vineyard in Morgon on granite-schist soil according to the dictates of biodynamics. They do not use chemical products but treatments based on herbal teas and natural products.

The result is crisp black fruit wines with cherries and spices in evidence. Insolent drink but also good aging potential.
