Produced with Syrah grapes grown on granitic and sandy soils, which give the wine its characteristic minerality and freshness. The wine is fermented with indigenous yeasts and is not filtered before bottling. Its spicy soul and crunchy fruit make it appreciable from a young age, although it lends itself very well to aging.
